About the Job

The Head of Rewards & Benefits will lead the strategic design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs across Allianz Technology. This role is pivotal in ensuring that rewards and benefits are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The position will drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

What you do

  • Develop and implement strategic compensation and benefits plans aligned with Allianz Technology's objectives, ensuring competitive positioning in the IT market.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the People Committee, providing complex analytics and insights to support effective governance and decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for pay practices, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Champion equal pay initiatives and enhance pay transparency to foster a culture of fairness and equity.
  • Harmonize rewards and benefits processes across global locations, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement a competitive benefits framework addressing Health, Career, Time, and Money, enhancing offerings to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage global mobility programs for branch travelers, cross-border remote work, and business travelers, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture, finance, Allianz Group, and executive leadership to align rewards and benefits strategies with organizational goals.

What you bring

  • Extensive experience (+10 years) in rewards and benefits management, preferably within a large, multinational organization with a strong understanding of governance and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels as well as strong leadership skills with a proven track record of strategic thinking and execution.
  • Deep business acumen and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and lead through times of transformation with demonstrated skill in engaging and motivating teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Curiosity and willingness to innovate, driving continuous improvement in rewards and benefits strategies and overall CPO processes.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
  • Affinity for numbers and complex data analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
