Your Role:

As a Partner in Bank Transformation Planning for the DACH region, you will lead transformative initiatives for banking clients, ensuring they are strategically positioned to succeed in a competitive market. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing tailored transformation strategies for banks in the DACH region
  2. Engaging with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand their challenges and strategic goals
  3. Planning and shaping the most suitable transformation strategies in collaboration with clients
  4. Leading large-scale transformation projects, aligning business and IT strategies
  5. Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and exploring opportunities to expand SAP Fioneer's market presence
  6. Contributing to thought leadership and collaborating internally to improve service offerings
  7. Building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams in the banking sector

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in consultancies, banks, or software companies, with a focus on commercial and corporate banking and a successful track record
  • Deep expertise in corporate banking, especially global transaction banking, cash management, and payments, with solid technological understanding
  • Network within relevant banking departments and stakeholders involved in global transaction banking services
  • Experience with SAP products is advantageous
  • Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
