For our Transformation division, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible as a Senior Consultant Insurance - Financial Services (w/m/d).

What to Expect

Consulting - You will advise leading insurance companies, industrial insurance brokers, captives, and InsureTechs in team settings. You will work on market-leading projects, expand your network, and provide guidance on key topics such as customer experience, processes, costs, efficiency, and transformation.

Processes - You will design customer journeys and optimize the underlying processes. You will develop the value chain further using technologies like cloud computing, BPM, process mining, and telematics infrastructure, or ensure compliance with regulations like ESG and IDD.

Analysis - Besides traditional project work, you will analyze insurance portfolios for coverage gaps or overlapping risks.

Project Responsibility - You will independently manage projects, lead interdisciplinary teams, and take responsibility for developing team members. You will develop topics that position you internally and in the market.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in economics, insurance, (business) informatics, (business) engineering, or a comparable field.
• At least three years of experience in strategy, sales, underwriting, claims, operations, or IT within an insurance or consulting firm, industrial insurance broker, or InsureTech bank.
• Some experience in project work and management.
• Interest in insurance and financial market topics, with enthusiasm for driving digitalization and transformation.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
