Senior Salesforce Consultant (m/w/d)

1. Be the go-to expert on Salesforce—helping teams navigate out-of-the-box features, configuration, custom development, or add-ons.
2. Collaborate with Product Managers to develop solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities to address business challenges.
3. Stay informed on Salesforce trends, new features, and retiring functionalities—identifying quick wins.
4. Manage the technical aspects of your domain: demo features, monitor performance, and oversee third-party integrations.
5. Translate business needs into technical requirements and support delivery through hands-on admin work as needed.

And recognize yourself here

1. You have 3+ years of experience with Salesforce, especially Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, and are confident with Salesforce Flows.
2. You understand how to evaluate the technical feasibility of standard versus custom Salesforce capabilities.
3. You are a clear communicator who can bridge business and technical discussions.
4. You naturally collaborate with product managers, developers, and admins.
5. You are adaptable, curious, and stay ahead of platform changes.
