Desktop Support Engineer

  • Manage Windows OS (7-10), Active Directory, and Group Policies
  • Support Office 365, antivirus, and encryption solutions
  • Troubleshoot PC hardware/software issues
  • Be available for occasional after-hours support

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or equivalent experience
  • CompTIA A+ or MCP certification preferred
  • Hands-on experience with AD, GPOs, and Office 365
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Cloud experience (Azure, Intune)
  • Network basics (TCP/IP, VPN)
  • Candidates must be able to obtain a legal work permit or be a citizen of Germany
