Program Manager - Process Innovation Center (m/f/d)

Job Description

Electronic components are found in nearly all electrical and electronic devices. TDK is a leading manufacturer of these key products. For our TDK Electronics Process Innovation Center, we are seeking a Program Manager responsible for managing all initiatives and services across TDK Electronics departments and locations.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance technological infrastructure and processes, focusing on production technologies, robotics, and automation.
2. Support feasibility studies and pilot projects to test new process solutions and coordinate industrialization.
3. Create and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets.
4. Collaborate closely with all stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and factories.

Qualifications

• Extensive understanding of operations and cutting-edge manufacturing processes, supported by several years of relevant work experience.
• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to initiate, structure, and prioritize work.
• Experience with Agile management methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Leadership qualities and willingness to lead teams.
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams in a multi-country, multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
