Our clients are renowned Asian manufacturers of modern E-Mobility vehicles. For their European R&D centres in the Frankfurt area, we are currently seeking experienced HMI Engineers (m / f / d) with a strong focus on European H MI functionality requirements – ideally with a background at a Tier 1 supplier or OEM.

We offer :

• Ensure an intuitive and user-friendly HMI system tailored to European market needs
• Define and implement relevant HMI features for a successful market entry
• Develop unique selling points within the user interface domain
• Conduct competitive benchmarking of HMI systems across Europe
• Support E / E teams with a user-centric approach
• Monitor trends and technologies in HMI development
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams in China and Korea, and with local European departments (Marketing, Sales, Quality)

Your profile :

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• Several years of experience as HMI Engineer, Function Owner, or System Test Engineer – ideally at a Tier 1 or OEM
• Strong understanding of user needs and human perception in vehicle HMI
• Interdisciplinary collaboration skills in automotive UX development
• Willingness to travel internationally, having a valid EU driving licence
• Strong intercultural communication skills and proactive mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and presentation tools
• Fluent in English; good skills in Chinese, Korean or German are a plus
