ZEISS is seeking a passionate, dynamic (intermediate) SCRUM Team Member FIT4 / (external) Business Process Consultant SAP to join us. The successful candidate will collaborate with business and IT experts to gather requirements and specify process adaptations. You will analyze business needs in relation to the global SAP template, supporting end-to-end workstreams and designing process adaptations to the global template.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate analysis and elaboration of global E2E Plan-to-Produce processes with business and IT representatives.
- Enhance, build, and test existing SAP templates, adding functionalities for E2E processes.
- Support change control and demand management in SAP S/4HANA.
- Contribute process expertise in designing to-be processes, highlighting interfaces and handover points.
- Prepare process design decisions within E2E workstreams.
- Act as coordinator in ZEISS MED segment to facilitate efficient design and transformation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
- Assist in creating training materials and concepts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Production and Logistics Management within manufacturing, especially Devices and/or Implants & Disposables.
- Deep understanding of E2E Plan-to-Produce processes like production planning, execution, maintenance, and integration with MES systems.
- Proven experience in business requirements management and process design.
- Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA, along with third-party systems.
- Industry knowledge relevant to manufacturing.
- Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
- Ability to network and work effectively in intercultural, interdisciplinary teams.
- Business fluency in English and German (mandatory).
