Professional Hygiene Business Unit (Tork)
About the Role:
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing contracts in Tork Connect. You will report to the Dispenser Contracts Team Leader.
What You Will Do:
- Manage dispenser contracts in Tork Connect (TC)
- Process contracts and resolve errors
- Run dispenser contract settlement processes with related specialist teams
- Administer new, existing, and expiring contracts
- Maintain and update dispenser sales agreements in CRM/TC
- Resolve end customer and distributor dispenser contract queries
- Ensure adherence to ROI approval processes
- Monitor proof of delivery for distributor reimbursement claims
Who You Are:
- Knowledge of contract administration, demonstrating due diligence, accuracy, and quick response
- Commercial orientation
- Strong analytical, data management, and administrative skills; able to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Teamwork, time management, adaptability, and a mindset of continuous improvement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent English language skills are required
- Fluency in Polish, Czech, Slovak, German, or Dutch is a plus

The role can be based in Warsaw (Poland), Mannheim (Germany), or Zeist (Netherlands).
