Job Overview

This position offers a technically oriented sales role in the MS Dynamics 365 area. No cold calling is necessary, as you will work with pre-qualified leads.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term, sustainable customer relationships in the ERP environment for a family-run IT service company.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding new business, with pre-qualified leads.
• Primarily sell IT services, including licenses and maintenance contracts.
• Analyze customer needs, identify benefits, provide consultation, and close sales.
• Support customers post-sale and guide them through their journey.
• Occasional travel for customer meetings; much can be done remotely from home.

Candidate Profile

• Some sales experience in software, ideally in Microsoft Navision 365 / MS Business Central or other ERP systems.
• Strong sales skills, customer orientation, and independent working style.
• Willingness to travel nationally for customer meetings.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
