Job Description:

JoVE is the world-leading producer and provider of science video solutions with the mission to improve scientific research and education. As a rapidly growing company with offices in the USA, EU, and APAC, servicing clients in over 60 countries, we are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our team.

The Role

We are looking for dedicated sales professionals to drive adoption of JoVE products at universities and colleges in the DACH region. An ideal candidate is result-oriented, effective in a remote work environment, and eager to succeed and grow with the company.

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan.
  • Conduct daily outreach to build new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships.
  • Present the product, both online and in-person, to researchers, teaching faculty, and academic librarians.
  • Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions on work priorities.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and participate in campaigns.
  • Attend tradeshows and other marketing events.
  • Require 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech, STEM Publishing, or SaaS.
  • Full professional proficiency in German.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both online and in person.
  • Experience with Salesforce and platforms like HubSpot.
  • Confidence in engaging with clients and product users.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to overcome challenges.
