We are looking for a seasoned QA professional passionate about test automation and product quality to join Invia as a Staff Software Engineer QA (m/f/d). In this role, you will define quality standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams across countries, drive testing strategies, implement automation solutions, and mentor colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and implement QA strategy, processes, and best practices.
  2. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and backend services.
  3. Collaborate with teams to integrate quality at every development stage.
  4. Mentor QA engineers and developers on testing strategies and standards.
  5. Establish metrics and reporting to monitor and improve product quality.
  6. Work effectively with teams, demonstrating good communication skills.
  7. Work independently in an agile environment.

Your profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools, especially Playwright or Cypress.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for quality.
