Vista Aircraft Maintenance is the in-house maintenance provider for the Vista Members’ fleet, which includes a diverse range of aircraft from light to ultra-long-range models. Since 2004, Vista Aircraft Maintenance has operated one of the leading base maintenance facilities worldwide, supporting Vista’s expanding fleet.

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting unlicensed engineers at our Baden Baden base. This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday.

Your Responsibilities

• Support line managers by performing aircraft maintenance tasks according to provided maintenance data.
• Work on components and systems of airframes, structures, and engines.
• Check system functionality and replace defective components.
• Perform troubleshooting and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare, execute, document, and follow up on all work steps in compliance with airworthiness and current air law regulations.
• Be available for AOG support and willing to travel abroad.
• Ensure proper storage, calibration, labeling, and recording of all calibrated equipment and tooling.
• Maintain general housekeeping standards on shop floors.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Completed a Civil Aviation Apprenticeship, Armed Forces Aircraft training, or Basic Engineering Apprenticeship.
• Basic knowledge of EASA/CAA and HSE legislation.
• Basic IT skills.
• Ability to work independently and suggest improvements.
• Legal right to work in Europe or the UK without restrictions.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Eligibility for an airside pass.
• Highly motivated, team-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
