Responsibilities

• Manage goals, workload, and staffing; support management discussions and decisions
• Analyze and support business improvements in financial and operational performance
• Ensure planning, control, and management of the company or specific functions
• Oversee performance management and improvement initiatives
• Utilize financial processes and tools effectively
• Analyze performance data against budgets and targets, highlighting deviations, risks, and opportunities
• Recommend and coordinate corrective actions to support management decision-making
• Monitor project and operational deviations, implement corrective measures, and review pricing strategies
• Contribute to Earned Value Management and cash flow planning as needed

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Several years of experience in controlling, finance, or IT/information systems
• Knowledge of legal and HR processes
• Basic project management skills and operational technical knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Fluent German and English skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility, independence, and high responsibility
• Strong organizational skills and resilience
