As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will join a fast-paced, high-growth team delivering innovative cyber threat intelligence solutions to protect our customers. Your responsibilities include maintaining a growing client portfolio, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our products, driving product adoption, and facilitating account growth and retention through tailored success plans. What You’ll Do as Senior Customer Success Manager:

  • Act as the primary contact for customer security teams including SOC, CTI, IR, GRC, Fraud, and more.
  • Drive product adoption across top enterprise clients.
  • Deliver comprehensive Success Plans as part of our client engagement strategy.
  • Manage inquiries about our Intelligence Cloud, API/Integrations, and other services.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate account risks, orchestrate remediation.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding, Training, Support, and Operations teams to scale solutions.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity events and deepen understanding of customer security functions.
  • Share customer experiences internally to improve services.
  • Ensure high customer adoption, growth, and retention, and be ultimately accountable for customer health.

What You’ll Bring:

Knowledge:

  • Experience in Customer Success and enablement principles.
  • Strong understanding of Cyber/Information Security fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Project Management processes and strategies.

Competencies:

  • Passion and drive for customer success.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with impact-driven mindset.
  • Professional approach to customer engagements.
  • Experience designing and executing customer success programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to all client levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years relevant experience in Customer Success and SaaS.
  • Fluency in German and English.
