What would you be doing:

As an Account Manager at Kassoe Housing, you will have responsibility for leading growth initiatives and client relationships, while managing rental properties in Germany. Working closely with our Operations Team, you will oversee property portfolios and ensure the delivery of high-level service to our clients.

Our ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the German residential real estate market, although prior experience is not a required. We value and are looking for individuals who thrive in an environment characterized by respect, teamwork, integrity, and camaraderie. • Identify opportunities in the German market.

• Develop relationships with Accommodation Developers, Owners, and Agents.

• Use your personal networks to source and onboard new rental properties.

• Lead sales approaches to drive business growth.

• Set clear and achievable objectives.

• Manage multiple sales cycles and client portfolios effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in German and strong English skills.

• Preferred network within the property rental industry.

• Strategic thinking and a problem-solving approach.

• No task is too small or too complex.

• A creative approach to the sales process.

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with diverse responsibilities.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching KPIs.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel across Germany.
