We are a growing nonprofit dedicated to helping founders amplify the social and environmental impact of their ventures. We are currently developing a toolbox of innovative products and services to support this mission. To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a purpose-driven, entrepreneurial team member who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to shape new business models and projects alongside our leadership.

As ourBusiness & Project Development Associate, you’ll;

  • Nurture our existing partner network and build strong relationships
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners while building new strategic collaborations in the B2B and B2G sectors
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new cooperation partners and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement monetization strategies for new services and digital tools
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and CTO to design and launch impactful projects and programs
  • Research, prepare, and submit applications for public and private funding opportunities
  • Support the internal scaling of our operations through process improvements and organizational development

We’re seeking a practical thinker and doer with :

  • A university degree in economics, business, finance, management, or a related field
  • Initial experience in business development, project management, consulting, or sales
  • A structured and detail-oriented working style with a keen eye for innovation and improvement
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with diverse stakeholders
  • The drive to take ownership of new challenges and turn ideas into actionable strategies
  • Excellent English skills (C1 level or higher); German proficiency is a strong plus
  • Valid EU work permit and residence in Germany
