Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develops and implements battery distribution and battery waste reporting processes in alignment with materials regulations.
  2. Prepares and submits battery waste management applications and registrations as required by regulations, focusing on the EMEA region.
  3. Ensures robust routine battery reporting practices within Quality Management.
  4. Implements aligned processes and procedures.
  5. Supports technical and business self-development through planning and execution of development activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • General technical knowledge of applicable environmental regulations, quality systems, and operations for medical device or pharmaceuticals' commercial and distribution activities.
  • Preferred knowledge of EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542.
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
  • Required knowledge of Quality IT Systems.
  • Experience with multi-country locations and environmental regulatory requirements is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Undergraduate degree in science, engineering, or a related field is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
