Responsibility for a social healthcare system: To support our IT administration at the head office in Lahr, we are looking for the next possible date for a

IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

full-time (38.5 hours/week).

Your tasks with us:

• Administration and configuration of our Microsoft Windows server landscape (2019 / 2012 R2)
• Support of the Active Directory
• Administration of the virtualization environment VMWare / MS Hyper-V
• Installation, operation and optimization of storage and backup environments (NetAPP and Veeam)
• Design, implementation and monitoring of WSUS patch management
• Administration and configuration of our Windows 11 clients
• Monitoring the systems and applications to ensure general IT operations
• 2nd level support in the JIRA service desk
• Automation of installations, deployments and updates (software packaging, Powershell, scripting)
• Support with MS SQL server administration
• Contact person and coordinator for external service providers

What you bring with you:

• Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge in the support of Windows client / server environments
• Knowledge of VMWare / MS Hyper-V as well as storage and backup environments
• Knowledge of HCL Notes clients and Domino servers is desirable
• Analytical skills, initiative and ability to work in a team
• Very good written and spoken German (at least language level C1)
