Be at the heart of Treasury Transformation. To strengthen the global Finance department located at the Covestro headquarters in Leverkusen, we are looking for a (Senior) Manager - Treasury Systems & Operations (d/f/m), who wants to drive innovation across our Treasury Management System (TMS-) Landscape and the associated applications and processes.

YOUR FUTURE AT COVESTRO:

1. Manage full lifecycle delivery of treasury systems from ideation to deployment and support.
2. Optimize system performance, security, and regulatory compliance across platforms.
3. Manage and/or support cross-functional projects in the focus area of system integration and automation.
4. Advise and support internal and external stakeholders (auditors, regulatory authorities, software provider, etc.).
5. Fulfill daily operations regarding trade lifecycle (post-trade processing and settlements), system and user management.

WHAT YOU OFFER:

1. University degree (preferably Master's) in business informatics, IT or an equivalent education and appropriate professional experience.
2. Experience with treasury management systems (preferably FIS Quantum) and familiarity with treasury processes and related financial instruments.
3. Strong technical skills in programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.) and database management, respectively high affinity for IT systems and their interfaces.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
5. Fluent English and (ideally) German skills.
