Ihre Aufgaben

Role

As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our projects forward. Here's how you'll make an impact:

1. In collaboration with your Team Lead, ensure the success of the project by monitoring budget, scope, and timeline for efficient delivery.
2. Apply knowledge of processes such as Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Source-to-Pay within finance and accounting.
3. Manage the migration of core business processes to an SAP S/4HANA environment.
4. Work closely with regional stakeholders to align strategic objectives and foster strong relationships.
5. Oversee the selection, deployment, and integration of IT solutions to meet project objectives and organizational standards.

Profil

• University or College degree in a relevant field with strong project management experience.
• Experience in agile project management is desirable; relevant certifications (PMP/PMI/IPMA) are preferred.
• Experience in standardizing and optimizing core business processes.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic about digital transformation.
• Team player comfortable with change management and resistance.
• Strong communication skills and poise.
• Fluent English; French and/or German language skills are a plus. Intercultural empathy is essential.
