Software Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

1. Responsible for carrying out technical management as part of proposal processing and system development.
2. Responsibility for requirements analysis and management, creation of specifications, system integration and error detection, as well as system tests.
3. Creating quantity structures and schedules, conducting technical proposal presentations at customer sites, and negotiating technical content with customers, partners, and suppliers.
4. Technical management of the technical development team.
5. Defining, planning, and controlling work packages (IST/SOLL), preparing technical decision documents (e.g., make or buy), coordinating, and creating key system documents, as well as conducting technical reviews and audits.
6. Implementing technical risk management and claim management.
7. Planning and conducting internal and external acceptance tests, and coordinating system qualification with external bodies (e.g., environment, EMC, functional safety).

Your profile:

1. Completed technical studies.
2. Several years of professional experience in a technical department.
3. Experience in the technical management of projects.
4. High intercultural competence.
5. Business fluency in German and English (written and spoken), especially technical vocabulary.
6. Willingness to travel worldwide.
