We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Buyer to join our dynamic team at AVATR Global Design Center. In this role, you will support our Purchasing Manager in strengthening and expanding our procurement team.

What you will do:

1. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure the best value for the company.
2. Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and budgets.
3. Cost Control: Monitor and manage purchasing budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize procurement processes.
4. Supplier Evaluation: Regularly assess supplier performance to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time and meet contractual obligations.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely procurement.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new suppliers to make competitive purchasing decisions.
7. Order Processing: Oversee the entire purchasing process from requisition to receipt, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on purchasing activities, expenditures, and savings, providing insights and recommendations to management.
9. Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in procurement practices.

What you will bring:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management roles.
• Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to develop and maintain vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP, and procurement software.
• Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
