Reporting directly to the Global Head of Controlling, you will be responsible to manage and improve processes and controls in support of the executive management team, to produce timely, reliable financial information for decision support. Crisp, clear and collegial communication is an important skill.
As a Financial Controller within the Shared Services and Overhead functions of the Dennemeyer Group, you will play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, cost control, and strategic support across core administrative departments, including HR, Sales, Finance, Corporate Legal, and others. Your main responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and analyzing financial activities related to Shared Service departments, with a focus on both personnel and non-personnel operating and capital expenditures
Ensuring timely and accurate financial closings in alignment with internal policies and compliance standards
Preparing insightful financial reports, including variance analyses and commentary to support management decision-making
Leading and supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes across Shared Service functions
Driving improvements in KPI tracking and reporting to enhance performance visibility and accountability
Participating in group-wide financial initiatives and cross-functional projects
Conducting ad-hoc financial analyses and contributing to special projects as required
Your Profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics or Accounting, 3+ years of experience as Financial Controller
- Basic knowledge of intercompany consolidation and good understanding of accounting principles
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail, autonomous and proactive
- Flexibility to adapt easily to a dynamic and changing organization and able to work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in English (written and verbal), German is considered as an asset
