YOU...

• Lead and manage processes for Airbus D&S Procurement.
• Lead, drive, and coordinate the Process Management Team.
• Provide leadership through Process Owners and cross-site/cross-functional Process Operational Managers.
• Ensure continuous process improvement, support or lead business improvement projects, gather and implement feedback from procurement representatives, facilitate workshops, etc.
• Monitor process performance via review meetings, KPIs, feedback analysis, best practices sharing, and improvement plans.
• Assess and manage the impact of internal (e.g., PSP Fields or Requirements) and external (e.g., EN9100, ISO14001) requirements on processes.
• Manage interfaces with other processes and liaise with relevant Process Owners or PODs, addressing interactions, requests, or complaints.
• Support documentation rationalization and harmonization, contribute to training and awareness materials in collaboration with the Procurement Academy.
• Deliver awareness sessions to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to audits and support the closure of findings.
• Ensure process compliance with applicable requirements with support from the Process Quality focal point.
• Participate in Source Domain or Process Management Board reviews with key stakeholders.
