Position Details

We are seeking a Kommissarische Pflegefachliche Leitung (m/w/d) Unfallchirurgie for our Clinic for Trauma Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery, Station C102. The position is available immediately, full-time or part-time, on an interim basis during parental leave.

Your Strengths

• Qualified health and (pediatric) nurse with experience in interdisciplinary care.
• Leadership experience, well-organized, self-reflective, with a team-oriented mindset, and passionate about collaborative work.
• Ability to balance theory and practice within economic constraints, and a commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care.
• Experience or interest in digital transformation, with key-user skills, and motivation to deepen expertise in nursing science or related studies.
