Job Description: MES Project Engineer (m/f/d) in Dresden

Join our team in Dresden as a MES Project Engineer, where you will play a key role in implementing complex MES projects in the High-Tech industry. We are looking for a communicative and analytical professional with deep process understanding, innovative thinking, and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and model production and work processes collaboratively with clients and partners within Critical Manufacturing’s MES solution.
2. Analyze customer requirements, develop solution architecture, and configure the MES accordingly.
3. Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring quality and efficient process solutions.
4. Lead project teams through all phases from specification and development to commissioning.
5. Support sales through product presentations, feasibility studies, and evaluating solution options.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Logistics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
2. At least five years of experience in Computer Integrated Manufacturing, including configuring, customizing, and operating automation solutions.
3. Deep understanding of production and business processes, with strong requirements analysis skills.
4. Ability to work independently with analytical skills and an innovative, solution-oriented mindset.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in German and English.
