InMachines Ingrassia GmbH is a young and international company focused on designing and producing open-source digital fabrication machines, such as 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC routers, and others. Located in Schwarzenbek, near Hamburg, InMachines is currently involved in a research project in cooperation with Fab City Hamburg, amongst other international projects. The workshop has 400m², with a wide range of machines and tools to build and produce prototypes and machine parts. You will be part of our team with skills ranging from engineering to design and communication.

Are you ready to develop machines with us?

  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, small packages, emails and calls
  • Take care of administrative documents, such as work contracts, offers, and invoices
  • Manage the schedule of events and the company’s appointments
  • Oversee the office inventory
  • Ensure maintenance of the office appliances
  • Organize administrative processes, such as international shipments, communication with the tax consultant, and archiving
  • Manage small purchasing and ordering, both online and in local shops
  • Carry out HR tasks such as data management, vacation and sick leave notifications, and payrolls
  • Maintain a clean and organized office

Our requirements:

  • Driver license B valid in Germany
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Good spoken and written German
  • Proficient in office productivity software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in using DATEV
  • Willingness to take on new tasks and challenges with the ability to develop solutions independently
  • Team-oriented while also being able to work independently
  • Flexibility, open-mindedness, and a desire to learn
  • Ability to work on-site at the company premises in Germany
  • Organized mindset
