As an Account Executive at LiveEO, you will be an essential part of our team, helping us bring our solutions to new customers.

  • Drive LiveEO's international expansion by leveraging your start-up and scale-up experience to ensure our clients' growth and success.
  • Take full ownership of your territory: execute LiveEO’s sales strategy by methodically planning and defining target accounts and personas, then launching an effective, value-based outreach strategy to identify projects, generate deals, and close customers.
  • Utilise your MEDDPICC and Value-Based Selling expertise to professionally manage your sales pipeline, optimise conversion rates, and shorten sales cycles to consistently over-achieve your revenue targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to attract and engage customers.
  • Inspire prospects and clients by conducting impactful product demos and representing LiveEO at high-profile international conferences.
  • Support and guide customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to keep engagement and satisfaction high.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise software sales, preferably with exposure to start-up and scale-up environments.
  • Proven track record in Value-Based Selling, achieving high deal conversion, and effectively managing your own pipeline using a methodical approach to territory planning.
  • Experienced in applying the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving internal collaboration and successfully “selling” cross-functionally within an organization.
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and efficiently towards KPIs, even in a hybrid work setting.
  • Willingness to travel and actively participate in conferences and events to represent LiveEO.
  • Experience with complex, project-driven software products is a plus.
  • Background in selling to sustainability, compliance, or supply chain departments at large enterprises is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to consistently hit revenue targets and surpass quotas.
