Job Description:

Position: Mitarbeiter*in Customer Service (w/m/d)

Location: Trier, Aachen (multiple sites)

Employment Type: Unbefristet, Vollzeit

Field: Business & Administration

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  1. Manage complete commercial order processing, from order maintenance to verification, processing of expert services, and invoicing.
  2. Responsible for ongoing controlling and maintenance of assigned orders and projects, including invoice potential and value retention.
  3. Create payment requests, support receivables management, clarify and follow-up on receivables, and handle invoice complaints.
  4. Handle travel expenses of technical staff, set up and maintain inspection objects, and create reports as needed.
  5. Perform additional administrative tasks such as digital document filing and managing customer portals.

Experience & Qualifications:

  1. Completed commercial training and professional experience, with solid knowledge in order processing and interest in technical contexts.
  2. High customer and service orientation.
  3. Meticulous, reliable, and independent working style.
  4. Strong organizational skills and team ability.
  5. Good PC skills (MS Office, SAP/HANA desirable) and basic English skills.
