Senior RF IC Design Engineer

Job Description:

A growing Semiconductor business in Frankfurt Oder is looking for a Senior RFIC Designer to join the team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Work on the design of complex transceiver blocks.
2. Work on the design of high-frequency integrated circuits.
3. Documentation of design work and participation in design reviews.
4. Provide technical expertise and mentor junior team members.
5. Design circuits that operate within ranges including 60 GHz and 20 GHz.

An industry degree is required for the successful RF IC Design Engineer.

Experience required:

• Solid understanding of RF CMOS circuit design and transceiver architectures.
• Familiarity with layout design and verification tools.

Excellent communication skills are required, as well as the ability to take responsibility for complex circuit and system designs within delivery timescales.
