We're Hiring: Senior SAP Consultant | Karlsruhe (Hybrid – 3 Days Office)

Location: Karlsruhe, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Level: Mid to Senior

Contract Setup: Permanent Full-time Position

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior SAP Consultant to join our growing consulting team. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional SAP projects, working closely with clients across various industries to analyze, optimize, and implement SAP solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and optimize existing business processes and IT solutions for clients across different industries

Provide cross-module consulting and customization in SAP, focusing on modules such as SD, MM, PP, or QM

Independently lead or support SAP implementation and optimization projects

Act as a central contact and consulting customer manager for client requirements

Take ownership as (sub-)project manager, driving initiatives from concept to execution

What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience with at least one SAP logistics module: SD, MM, PP, or QM, including customizing

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent through experience/training

Strong consulting personality with a deep understanding of business processes

Excellent communication skills in German and English

Proactive mindset, with strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
