HR Generalist / Personalreferent (*all genders)

Job Description:

• Full support of the employee lifecycle for your retail region (Netherlands & Belgium)
• Placing job advertisements and conducting applicant interviews
• Review and optimize current processes and benefits
• Close cooperation with our managers
• Process and manage all HR-related administration
• Supervise our internal development program and moderate training courses
• Shape our employer branding and effectively communicate our corporate values both internally and externally

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the HR sector, preferably supporting Belgium and/or Netherlands
• Courage to try new things and enjoy constant change
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A structured and organized approach to work
• Fluency in English and German; Dutch is an advantage
• Occasional travel within your region
