In the role as Project Coordinator Construction & Infrastructure, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of exciting construction projects in the aviation industry — from budget control to the coordination of external partners. The gross annual salary is approximately €71,600 to €74,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU.

Job description

Tasks

  1. Maintaining all relevant building plan data and project documentation (building register / planner tool)
  2. Planning, realisation and monitoring of budgets (CapEx / OpEx) and adherence to deadlines for own projects
  3. Preparation of investment applications, requirement specifications and specifications as well as support for tendering processes and contract award negotiations
  4. Management of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of external companies, also in the role of technical client/principal representative
  5. Responsibility for acceptance, documentation, warranty tracking and regular schedule and cost analyses
  6. Development of concepts for technical building equipment, including refurbishment requirements and involvement of external experts
  7. Maintenance of building plan data and project documentation, e.g. via building register and planner tool

Requirements

  1. Degree in civil engineering, construction project management or similar specialisation (at least technician/specialist)
  2. Several years of professional experience in construction management, civil engineering and project management in civil engineering
  3. Sound knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations such as HOAI, DIN, VOB, ASR, and building regulations
  4. Extensive experience in MS Office and Bentley MicroStation (advantageous for construction planning and CAD)
  5. Business fluent German and advanced English skills in an international working environment
  6. Existing, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
  7. Strong communication, organisational and technical skills to successfully coordinate and implement construction projects
