Responsibilities

1. System architecture, sizing, and modification of ice and rain protection systems
2. Impingement analysis
3. Preparation of specifications, drawings, bills of material, and other design documents
4. Assessment of safety analysis at system and equipment level
5. Support of qualification, ground, and flight test activities
6. Preparation of Part 21J compliance documentation (MOC 0-9)
7. Performance of technical trade studies
8. Act as point of contact for external equipment suppliers in all technical matters

Candidate Profile

• Master’s Degree or Diplomingenieur in Aerospace
• Over 5 years of experience in ice & rain protection systems
• Product development experience in at least one aircraft program
• Knowledge of ARP-4754 and ARP-4761
• Familiar with EASA Part 21J and CS/FAR 25
• Excellent English language skills
