We are recruiting on behalf of an agile B2B tech company based in Lindau, Germany. This role is not for the faint-hearted. It is for someone ready to architect, execute and evolve the CRM function from the inside out.
Forget titles. Forget endless meetings. This is a hands-on, deeply involved position for someone who thrives at the intersection of curiosity, structure and execution. You will not be overseeing a team from a distance. You will be inside the engine room, sleeves rolled, shaping the tools, the systems and the journey.
You will join a small, sharp marketing team of four, working shoulder to shoulder with consultants and business development to build something worth talking about. You will report to the Head of Marketing, but your impact will echo across every customer touchpoint.
The tools of the trade? Hubspot or Pipedrive. The landscape? B2B. The language? Native German and strong English are essential.
This is a hybrid role based in Lindau, with two days of home office flexibility. It is a full-time permanent position, and the company is ready for you to start as soon as you are.
