Responsibilities - What You Can Expect
As Asset Lead Operations 2, you will be responsible within SDPM for the performance of the syringe production unit, leading team leads and experts in Operations 2. You will act as a coach and mentor, promoting the development of your team members.
Create an open and collaborative environment through your leadership, motivation, coaching, and development of managers (team leads) and specialists/experts.
Take on the role of manufacturing leader, responsible for quality, sales, output, supply, costs, and personnel and capacity planning of the operational unit.
Work with your team to resolve operational issues and disturbances, ensuring GMP-compliant manufacturing, audit management, qualification of machines and facilities, and process validation in coordination with interface functions.
Implement lean and agile working methods in your team and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
Contribute to the strategic orientation of the sterile Drug Product (DP) manufacturing unit and influence it significantly.
Ensure and optimize production processes, lean strategies, and KPIs.

Additional Skills and Qualifications
Natural sciences or technical degree, preferably with qualification as a manufacturing manager according to AMWHV.
More than 7 years of experience in GMP production environment and over 5 years of disciplinary leadership experience.
Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical sterile production.
Proven leadership in VACC and lean leadership, with experience in designing and implementing optimization initiatives.
Excellent project management skills and experience working with international committees; fluent in German and English.
