Tasks and Qualifications:

What will you do in this role?

• Responsible for daily management through the life cycle of the program.
• Define the program controls (including an open issue log), processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program.
• Plan overall program and monitor progress ensuring milestones are met across projects.
• Responsible for all reporting at the program level, including reviews, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Manage risks and issues, taking measures to correct them when they occur.
• Escalate risks to leadership and propose mitigation solutions.
• Coordinate projects and their interdependencies.
• Manage the core team across projects and programs.
• Report to stakeholders involved in the projects and programs.
• Ensure deliverables are aligned and meet quality standards.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate program documentation.
• Manage the program budget, transitioning from pulling data from PowerBI dashboards to full management.
