We are looking for a freelancer for distribution, marketing, and technology at the Bonn location, starting June 1, 2025, or as soon as possible, for a two-year limited contract.

Responsibilities:

1. Editing and sound design of magazine contributions, news, and social media content in daily post-production
2. Creative and dramaturgical consulting and platform-appropriate implementation for 30 language editorial teams
3. Editing promo videos with high creative standards and complex effects
4. Color grading and video animation

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a media designer in image and sound or comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a video editor for TV contributions (news sector, social media, magazine contributions)
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud products (After Effects, Photoshop) and experience with other relevant editing programs
• Sense of trends and platform-specific storytelling
• Flexibility regarding changing working hours and weekend shifts
• Excellent coordination skills and high problem-solving competence
• Initiative, resilience, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
• Proficiency in German (B2 level) and English
