ABOUT THE JOB

As a SAP Senior Technical Consultant Developer, you will tackle multiple challenges and work closely with technical and functional delivery teams daily. You need to be technically proficient in SAP development, resilient, innovative, and engaging to guide your team in providing optimal digital solutions for customers and supporting change management. Your responsibilities include identifying solution changes, developing ABAP enhancements, and working on SAP and ReadSoft products.

We seek a talented, entrepreneurial individual to:

• Understand user and process requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Analyze, design, and implement technical changes to SAP SD & FI (O2C & R2R)
• Possess knowledge of SAP FICO, SD, and C&B concepts and process flows
• Support SAP Financials and Controlling, including ReadSoft products like Process Director and INVOICES
• Act as a liaison for troubleshooting and map business requirements to technical solutions
• Design, code, and correct complex ABAP programs
• Contribute to S4/Hana and BTP developments and define development guidelines
• Evaluate system interactions and impact of changes
• Determine achievable requirements through customizing, development, or enhancements
• Define and run test cases, support user acceptance testing
• Maintain SAP documentation in Solution Manager
• Support testing for new functionalities and collaborate on incidents and projects
• Create documentation for deployments and support

ABOUT YOU:

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective relationships
• Deep experience with ABAP and SAP development tools
• Technical expertise in ABAP, data structures, interfaces, performance tuning, and SAP enhancements, especially on ECC6 EhP8 with ABAP 7.50, and modules like FI and PO
• Experience with S4/Hana developments on HANA and BTP
• Nice to have: experience with ReadSoft products, interfaces like AIF, and end-to-end SAP SD/FI/PO processes
• Accounting exposure (FI-AR) and revenue recognition processes
• Knowledge of interface technologies and ability to architect changes
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on multiple requirements
• Problem-solving skills and organizational abilities
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong presentation and influencing skills, with a high standard of integrity and quality mindset
