Locations : Flexible across Germany or remote .

Your Role : Transform How Manufacturing Runs

As a (Senior) Consultant in SAP MES, you’ll help clients digitize and optimize their production processes. From design to implementation, you’ll shape solutions that make a real difference on the shop floor and beyond.

What You'll Do :

• Design and implement tailored SAP MES solutions , ideally with SAP DMC
• Analyze manufacturing processes and configure systems to meet customer needs
• Lead client workshops and provide strategic input during project planning
• Manage sub-projects independently and act as a trusted consultant to clients
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and support new customer acquisition
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the MES space

What You Bring to the Table

• Hands-on project experience implementing MES solutions with SAP integration
• Knowledge of relevant SAP modules (e.g., PP, PM, QM, etc.)
• Basic skills in ABAP programming (a plus, not a must)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset with a passion for tech and innovation
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel moderately for client engagements
