As Small Business Account Executive (d/f/m), you will make a significant impact on our new business revenue growth while, building on your previous experiences, becoming an industry-leading expert in complex software sales.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Net New MRR: Responsible for bringing in net new, recurring revenue through closing small business (up to 50 employees) customers in Germany.
  • Prospecting: Own your book of business and develop outreach strategies to fill your pipeline.
  • Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification processes to advance your pipeline and increase conversion rates.
  • Internal collaboration: Work with SDRs supporting your pipeline activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders like Solution Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Project management: Guide prospects through their evaluation process, influence decision criteria, and help build business cases that trigger actions across complex buying centers.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Proven track record of at least 1 year in a biz SaaS sales role focused on closing new business.
  • Self-identify as a “hunter” and enjoy developing creative prospecting strategies.
  • Excellent qualification skills to create needs at functional (HR) and company levels.
  • Familiarity with sales qualification methodologies, preferably MEDDIC.
  • High intrinsic motivation to challenge oneself and improve daily.
  • Driven and motivated to overachieve targets.
  • Native German speaker (or equivalent C2 level) and fluent in English (business proficiency).
