Your role

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead engagement efforts from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal in problem discovery and guiding teams on project processes and deliverables. As a domain thought leader, you will advise on architecture and design reviews, lead business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building. You will shape value-adding consulting solutions to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving SAP Modules (SAP ABAP/SD/FI/CO/QM/PP) and Logistics areas.
• Implement configuration changes and resolve functional defects during project build.
• Analyze client requirements and prepare/review functional specifications.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and report deliverables to clients.
• Develop training programs and build team capabilities.
• Prepare test cases based on functional specifications.
• Manage interface issues with middleware and frontend systems.
• Create documentation like functional specs, design, back-out plans, testing results, and root cause analysis.
• Participate in proposals and RFPs.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and discuss functional issues.
• Handle client escalations.
• Lead, mentor, and coach junior consultants and technical teams.

Expectations

• Strong domain knowledge in SAP Modules.
• Integration knowledge with ECC & S/4 HANA, including logistics and production.
• S4 HANA certification preferred.
• Experience with interfaces with third-party applications.
• Expertise in pricing and rebate processes.
• Experience in production support, leading SAP consulting teams, and full-cycle SAP R/3 implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
