Responsibilities

• Developing a target vision for the future operations structure
• Creating and evolving a transformation roadmap
• Analyzing processes, systems, organizations, and group benchmarks
• Deriving and implementing optimization measures in operations
• Supporting project management and change processes
• Documenting end-to-end processes to increase efficiency
• Engaging with departments and communicating changes

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in transformation, change, or project management
• Practical experience in process optimization and project implementation
• Strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical thinking skills
• High customer, quality, and result orientation
• Strong communication skills and conceptual understanding
• Proficiency in MS Office and good command of English (spoken and written)
