Administrator and Supervisor CAD / PLM (f/m/d)

Your profile

• Extensive administrative expertise in SmarTeam and CATIA V5 and/or V6
• Strong ability to work independently, in a structured and responsible manner
• High level of initiative and flexibility in action
• Commitment and sense of responsibility in the work context
• Expertise in mastering complex challenges
• Experience in development, also outside the HY environment
• Strong communication skills, confident English required (German and/or Polish welcome)

Your tasks

• Ensuring the continuous functionality and gradual improvement of the CAD systems
• Carrying out model cleansing and data optimisation
• Acting as an internal contact person for the aforementioned systems
• Identifying faulty workflows to rectify errors
• Developing and establishing CAD guidelines for standardisation
• Efficient control of purchased parts management
• Creating user-friendly templates for all of the above systems
• Active search for solutions, creative idea development and development of solution concepts
• Management of user accounts and access authorisations
• Assigning access rights according to requirements
• Monitoring and managing software licences
