Key Tasks

• You will be responsible for your own projects, such as planning and organizing internal events and functions, as well as providing support at international conferences of the Frequentis Group.
• You will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meeting documents as well as the processing and preparation of international correspondence.
• You will be responsible for coordinating appointments, discussions, and meetings, travel planning, and invoicing business trips.
• You will support our Managing Director professionally and responsibly in day-to-day operations as well as with organizational and administrative tasks.

Key Qualifications

• You can express yourself confidently in German and English (verbally and in writing), other language skills are an advantage.
• You keep a cool head and a sense of humor even in hectic situations.
• You have experience in an assistant role, ideally in an international environment.
• You have a degree or a qualified apprenticeship.
