Job Description:

For our Competence Center Readymix (CCR) Europe, we are looking for a Global CCR Performance Analyst (f/m/d). The position is based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg and reports to the RMC Improvement Manager Finance & Sustainability.

The mission of the position is to support the Global CCR Finance & Sustainability team with corporate reporting and analytics on RMC financial performance, sustainability, and other KPIs. Additionally, the role supports projects aiming to enhance the performance of the global RMC business. The role involves close collaboration with various Group departments (e.g., ESG, Finance, Digital) as well as country organizations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare, validate, and analyze data for RMC Group financial and sustainability reporting
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis on financial, sustainability, or operational KPIs
  • Support global RMC performance improvement initiatives with data analysis and assessments
  • Prepare management presentations and develop project documentation and materials on processes and tools for RMC financials and sustainability
  • Maintain connections to relevant Group functions (e.g., Finance, ESG, Digital) and proficiently use their systems relevant for RMC data (Group reporting systems for finance and sustainability data, digital tools for RMC)
  • Act as a point of contact for CCR Area departments for RMC financial performance & sustainability topics

Your Profile

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment, ideally in finance/controlling
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and high-quality output
  • Well organized and self-motivated with strong project management skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to address all hierarchical levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus
