Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and service assignments on engines and turbochargers in stationary and/or marine applications.
- Process claims, troubleshoot, and handle warranty issues.
- Coordinate commissioning and service work with project managers, sales, and customers.
- Analyze faults and suggest technical solutions to problems.
- Handle warranty claims, including root cause analysis and damage/repair determination.
- Provide customer support in technical matters as required.
- Manage complex field service activities according to PrimeServ policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Participate actively in the daily operations of the Technical Service team.
Qualifications
- Graduate Engineer (Marine or Mechanical Engineering) or similar qualification.
- Several years of experience with large four-stroke diesel engines and turbochargers.
- Intercultural competence.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications and SAP.
- Motivated and reliable work ethic.
- Strong communication, self-organization, assertiveness, and negotiating skills.
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
