Job Title: Quality Management Assistant (f/m/d) - Part-Time
Join our quality management team at the Olching site near Munich! We are a family-owned medium-sized business with over 40 years of experience in optical and optoelectronic solutions. We are expanding and seeking a committed and motivated part-time (20-25 hours) assistant to support our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and managing QM documents
- Prepare presentations, reports, and evaluations
- Coordinate, follow-up, and document internal audits
- Contribute to continuous improvements (e.g., 5S)
- Handle administrative tasks within the department
Qualifications:
- Completed training in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat for PDF form creation and maintenance
- Experience in administration or assistance roles
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
- Knowledge of quality management is a plus
- High initiative, enthusiasm, and social skills, especially in working with international teams
