What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a link between customers, sales, technical experts, and internal teams to facilitate a positive sales process.
  • Enjoy building and maintaining customer relationships, including new customer acquisition via phone, email, and video conferences.
  • Focus on increasing revenue and expanding solutions within assigned customer accounts.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
  • Utilize sales tools like Salesforce to manage customer data, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Experience in IT sales and customer support is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales management and understanding of business, procurement, and technology markets is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Analytical thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Passionate, proactive, and independent with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
